We are now making it easier for people who already take Prep to access a STI test follow-up PrEP at our Oldham, Bury and Rochdale sexual health service.
Who is this service eligible to:
We are offering the use of an online form to request follow up PrEP.
You are eligible to use this service if:
- If you have been issued PrEP from HCRG Sexual Health Services in Oldham, Bury or Rochdale for 3 months or more?
- You don’t have symptoms of a sexually transmitted infection
- You don’t need a discussion/advice from the nurse
- You don’t need any vaccinations
If you choose to access this service we will ask you some questions on our online form. Our clinicians will review your answers and then contact you. This will be within 1-2 weeks.
This service is unsuitable for any patients who:
- Want to start PrEP
- Have had a break from taking PrEP
- Need follow up PrEP, but have symptoms of an STI
- Need follow up PrEP, but have experienced side affects from taking PrEP
- Need follow up PrEP, but have missed a few days of my PrEP in the last 3 months
- Need follow up PrEP, but have less than 14 days supply of medication
- Have previously been prescribed PrEP from another organisation, but would like to access PrEP from my local HCRG service
- Need to discuss your PrEP medication with a clinician

How does I access this service?
Start by completing the online assessment. This will then be reviewed by one of our clinicians, and we’ll contact you within 14 days.
Please do not complete this form if you have any symptoms of an STI.
If this service is suitable for you, we will contact you to make an appointment for:
- A STI test
- A kidney function test (if required)
- Collection of your medication
