Outreach services
We provide bespoke targeted outreach to:
- The homeless
- Drug/alcohol misuse
- Sex workers
- Young people
- LGBTQ+ communities
- Asylum seekers
- Romany Gypsy, Roma and Traveler communities
We aim to provide quick, easy, and confidential access to our service. To access our outreach services, complete the outreach referral form and email it to email sexualhealth.teesside@nhs.net, we aim to respond within 5 working days.
